
If someone you love is feeling stressed, annoyed, unhappy or simply cranky this week, cheer them up by giving them a 20-second hug. Yup, this rather understated gesture is actually more powerful than you think. Supposedly, it has the power to raise your oxytocin levels while reducing the stress hormone and in effect increase your overall happiness. Pretty nifty, isn't it?
So, go and make someone feel better, deal?
